Thank you for choosing a resource from The Think Works. This licence explains how you may use your digital download and any printed copies.
Personal use only
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the resource for your own personal, non-commercial use. This includes supporting your own child or children with learning at home.
What you may do
You may download and save the file on your own devices and keep a personal backup. You may print copies as needed for your own personal use, including activities with your own child or children.
What you may not do
You must not share, forward, upload, distribute, give away or resell the digital file, in whole or in part. This includes sharing it by email, messaging apps, social media, shared drives or websites.
You must not sell, give away or distribute printed copies to other people outside the personal use described above.
You must not use the file, its contents or printed copies for commercial or business purposes, including paid tutoring, therapy, training or other services.
This licence does not cover classroom, school, club, organisation or other professional use, whether paid or unpaid.
You must not reproduce or adapt the content to create materials for sharing, distribution or sale.
Saving your files and future access
Please download your purchased files promptly and keep a safe copy and personal backup. You are responsible for retaining your copy once successfully downloaded. Our website is not a permanent storage service. Resources may be updated or removed, and download links may become unavailable. Unless expressly stated when you purchase, permanent download access and future updated versions are not included.
If you cannot access your initial download, contact info@thethinkworks.co.uk with your order number. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

Copyright remains with The Think Works Limited or the relevant rights holder. Buying the resource does not transfer ownership of its copyright.
