Little Drawing Adventures: Two-Kit Bundle

£4.00

Both Little Drawing Adventures kits for £4: 17 drawing activities plus the grown-up guide. Save £1 compared with buying separately, and reprint favourite pages for practice with your own children.

Why print at home?

Learning takes practice. With our printable workbooks, you can revisit a favourite activity, replace a lost or damaged page, or have another go whenever your child needs it—without buying the workbook again. Buy once, save your file, and print what you need for your own family.

Our books are reviewed by parents, teachers and educational psychologists.

Two little drawing adventures in one bundle: help the animals along their paths, make shapes and pictures, and colour a tropical treasure island.

Inside your bundle

  • Lines & Paths: 8 activities exploring scribbles, dots, straight lines, curves and garden trails (9 PDF pages including the licence).
  • Shapes & Pictures: 9 activities with circles, crossings, whole squares, optional roof and X challenges, a tropical beach and a final drawing-and-colouring canvas (10 PDF pages including the licence).
  • Grown-up guide: 4 pages of practical guidance plus the licence (5 PDF pages).

Three A4 PDFs containing 17 activity pages, 4 guidance pages and a licence in every file. These are the same two kits sold individually; the shared guide is included once. £4 for the bundle saves £1 compared with buying both kits separately at £2.50 each.

Print, play and practise again

Buy once, save your PDF and reprint favourite pages whenever your child wants another go. The same exercises can be enjoyed over and over for practice: there is no need to buy a new activity book each time a page is filled. Try different colours, invent a new story or return to an easier movement. Printing is for your own personal use with your own child or children.

Notes for grown-ups

Choose by readiness. Designed with beginners around ages 3-5 in mind; age is only a guide. Start with scribbles and simple lines. Save corners, slopes, triangles and diagonal crosses until easier movements feel comfortable. There is no need to finish every page.

Set up for a little play. Use a comfortable seat and table, with feet supported where possible. Offer a pencil, washable felt-tip or crayon that makes an easy mark. Let your child choose their hand and steady the page with the other. A comfortable grip matters more here than a perfect grip.

Show, explore, try. Draw a separate example slowly, try the movement with a finger, then use a drawing tool. Read the short instruction aloud. Dotted trails are temporary support: move on to copying and freely chosen marks when your child is ready.

Keep it short and forgiving. Try one activity for 3-5 minutes, or stop sooner. This is a practical suggestion, not a research-established dose. If it becomes frustrating, change activities or come back later. Notice the effort: “You stopped at the dot.” Wobbles are welcome; there is no speed target or score.

Adjust the challenge. Make it easier with a finger first, a bigger example, closer dots or a wider road. Make it a little harder by copying without tracing or inventing a picture with the same movement. Change one thing at a time; touching a path edge does not end the game.

Make room for everyday play. Use these alongside playdough, blocks, finger painting, chalk, drawing with water and plenty of blank paper. Ask your child to tell you about their picture. These are playful practice pages, not a developmental test.

Printing and your download

PDF download; no physical book is posted. Print only the activity pages you want, in A4 portrait, single-sided, at actual size (100%). Black and white is fine. If your printer clips an edge, use fit to printable area. Print one page per sheet so there is room for beginner movements.

The included grown-up guide explains the activity sequence and its basis in public early-years and NHS practice guidance, with five clickable sources. These recommendations do not establish that this pack is better than other approaches. The activities have not yet been trialled with children.

Personal-use licence

The full Digital Download Licence v1.1 (19 September 2026) is included in each PDF. You may save a personal backup and print copies as needed for your own personal, non-commercial use, including activities with your own children. Sharing or reselling files or copies, classroom or professional use, and commercial use are not included.

Download promptly and keep your own safe copy and backup. Website links may become unavailable; permanent download access and future updated versions are not included unless expressly stated at purchase. For difficulty accessing an initial download, contact info@thethinkworks.co.uk with your order number. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
